I hate to admit it, and I don't often talk about it, but I have some weight to lose! I have been challenged by my weight for about 10 years now. It's been quite an up hill battle, and I really wish we didn't have to discuss it.

But we do, because if we didn't talk about it, I wouldn't be able to tell you how you can win an awesome new workout from Beachbody!

For the next 90 days (actually 88, since I'm two days into it), I'll be working out and reviewing Donna Richardson Joyner's Body Gospel Workout and weight loss program. The program includes a series of workouts set to gospel music, some pretty neat resistance bands, and a nutrition plan. I was excited about the opportunity to review the workout and I'm happy to say that I am enjoying it so far. The music is great, Donna is genuine and there's nothing cheesy about it! I can't say it's easy, but it's pretty difficult to give up while you're being inspired by the music and encouraged by Donna's affirmations. I can't wait for you to try it!

Now, you have to know I'm less than thrilled to be showing these pictures. You've hardly seen more than just my face during this year I've been blogging, and now you know why. Hopefully I'll have some great "after" pictures, which I'll proudly display in about three months. Until then, here's how you can win the Body Gospel Workout:
